DAWS & KAHLON : DESIGN PROCESS
Andrew Daws and Adil Kahlon listen carefully to each client’s requirements and aspirations. After taking detailed notes, a design can be envisioned, the preliminary design work can begin. Hand-drawn sketches are produced to capture the essence of our client’s requirements. These are then developed into proper drawings, with budget, national and local regulations, and construction techniques in mind to refine and establish the design further. A three-dimensional model on computer is then produced to test the design, which is then adjusted to the proposed location. After client approval, we then commence with construction drawings to enable a contractor to start without delay.
